What a First Friday After-Party we have planned for you!
Melissa Auf der Maur will be coming down to after-party for her “Out of Our Minds” Denver Film Society screening at Starz Film Center (05.07.10, 8PM) and pre-party for her show at Hi-Dive w/ Swayback (05.08.10, 9PM). MAdM was the bassist for Hole & also for some time Smashing Pumpkins. She is celebrating the release of her second album of the same name as the film. There is no extra charge for this, so just come on down and party with her!
As always, Ginger Perry will be hosting and guest DJ’ing our First Friday After-Party, and this month she’ll be bringing along VJ Robert Fraser to give you an Live Interactive Video Experience the likes of which has never been seen in Denver.
As if this wasn’t enough, we’ll start off the night with the official Keane & Free Energy CD Release Parties. We’ll play the album at 9PM and have giveaways of the album and whatever other SWAG they send us.
Resident DJ’s boyhollow & Chase Dobson will have your asses on the dance floor amid all this. Drink your energy drinks, slam some coffee, do whatever it is that gets you pumped up, because you’re going to need it.
