Raised in the Miami club scene and transplanting to Atlanta, Wigdan Giddy helped open the legendary southern underground nightclub: MJQ and live venue: The Drunken Unicorn. There, along with designing the interior, he DJed nights ranging from loungecore, bass, dancerock, acid jazz, hip hop and electro to down home southern-fried house music. Now calling Denver his home base, Wigdan continues to throw events such as the Robot Dance Party, The Blue Ball, Pop House and ABBACADISCO, among others, and currently has several regular nights in town including Member’s Only currently at the Walnut Room and Wigdan Giddy’s HiFi JetSet Ego tuesday evenings at the Shag Lounge, where atomic age pop and modern lounge collide.
