Originally from Eastern Europe, Vadim Elkind is a freelance photographer, videographer, sci-fi afficionado, film buff and an all-around geek now living in Denver’s hip Capitol Hill neighborhood. His recent work includes media coverage of the annual Vail Film Festival, photography and video production for the Science Art and Sport Center for Children, and shooting photos for numerous nightclubs and entertainment venues in the Denver metro area, such as Rockbar, Hi-Dive, Bender’s Tavern, and of course – Lipgloss dance nights at La Rumba.
Harboring a love for visual arts, film and music, Vadim is interested in spotlighting Denver’s growing creative community and the local arts and entertainment scene. He has recently joined Examiner.com as Denver Nightlife Photography Examiner, and is looking forward to the exciting possibilities that the future may bring.
